Vision Award
The Vision Award is given to individuals who have demonstrated the following traits: Enthusiasm, Encouragement, Creativity, Hard Work, Attendance, Relentlessness, Peer Relationships, Persistence, Not Easily Discouraged, and Team Building. While many have qualified for this award, Maakoa and each Master Distributor chose one recipient from each Master's organization for the 2009 Convention.

Leadership Award
The Leadership Award was given this year to a Master Distributor who demonstrated and embodied the following traits: Peer relationships, Integrity, Trust, Hard Work, Dedication, Motivating, and Maakoa Across-Line Contribution.

Fearless Achievement Award
The Fearless Achievement Award is the top Maakoa award for 2009. This high honor is given to someone who encompasses the entire Maakoa mission and vision in their behavior, including the following traits: Enthusiasm, Encouragement of Team, Volume Generator, Income Generator, and Team Builder.
