WIN A HARLEY DAVIDSON MOTORCYCLE!!!! In keeping with the Maakoa tradition of doing things big and fearlessly, we are excited to announce that we will be giving away a Harley Davidson Motorcycle to one deserving individual at halftime at the Utah Flash game on Tuesday, March 30th.
To enter, simply come to any Utah Flash home game and visit our Maakoa booth, located at the northwest entrance of the McKay Events Center.
Contest rules exclude IBO submissions. One entry per person. Must be 18 years or older. Must be present to win. Contest winners are determined by Maakoa (the Company) in its sole and absolute judgment and discretion based upon contest rules, guidelines, and qualifications. Participants have no legal recourse or claim against the Company for the exercise of said judgments and results of its determinations. Company may elect, in its sole judgment and discretion to disqualify any participant who Company deems to have violated or manipulated contest rules, or who Company deems to have exceeded the bounds of fair and honest play. Such grounds and reasons may include, but are not limited to: the submission to the Company of any false, inaccurate, or misleading documentation or information. Winners are responsible for any additional fees, costs, or purchases made or assessed in connection with the Harley. Winners are responsible for the payment of any fees, taxes, and other assessments applicable to the motorcycle acquisition, and, hold the Company harmless from any claims to pay such fees, taxes, or assessments.
