How to Qualify:
You can qualify to join us for an incredible 7-night Costa Cruise in the Caribbean in March of 2010 by simply sharing the Maakoa opportunity with family and friends.

Qualify by personally enrolling a minimum number of new IBOs who purchase product enrollment kits during the contest period. There are a total of 32 spots available to those who meet the contest requirements.

Contest Rules and Requirements:
Minimum requirements to qualify are as follows:
-IBO must be Active and Qualified, with a current Autoship.
-IBO must personally enroll at least 16 new IBOs during the contest period (each of whom must remain active during the contest period) and generate a combined total enrollment volume of at least 4000PV.
-The Contest Period is October 19, 2009 thru February 28, 2010.

A total of 32 spots are available for IBOs who meet the requirements.* The top 32 qualifiers will receive a 7-day 7-night Costa Cruise for 2, including port charges and cruise tax (airfare not included).
Those who reach the top 16 spots will qualify for extras as follows:

Beach Scene 1Sweet Sixteen
The top 16 qualifiers* (of 32 total) will be our Sweet Sixteen Prize Winners and qualify for the following in addition to the cruise:
-  Cabin with a Veranda
-  $50 of shipboard credit to use as desired.
-  $200 of free Maakoa products.

Elite Eight
The top 8 qualifiers* (of the Sweet 16) will be our Elite Eight Prize Winners, and qualify for the following in addition to the cruise:
-  Cabin with a Veranda
-  $100 of shipboard credit to use as desired.
-  $250 of free Maakoa products.

Final Four
The top 4 qualifiers* (of the Elite 8 ) will be our Final Four Prize Winners, and qualify for the following in addition to the cruise:
-  Cabin with a Veranda
-  Airfare reimbursement for 2 (up to $250 per person).
-  $150 of shipboard credit to use as desired.
-  $300 of free Maakoa products.

The Fearless Champion – The Whole Enchilada
The overall top qualifier* (of the Final Four) will be our Fearless Champion, and qualify for the following in addition to the cruise:
-  Cabin with a Veranda
-  Airfare reimbursement for 2 (up to $500 per person).
-  $200 of shipboard credit to use as desired.
-  $500 of free Maakoa products.

*Qualification for the 32 available spots and for additional prizes is based on a combination of new personal enrollments and the total volume generated by those enrollments during the contest period.

Additional Rule Clarification:
-  Total Enrollment Volume for contest qualification is calculated from the cumulative total of PV from each Maakoa enrollment kit purchased by newly enrolled IBOs.
-  Cabin upgrades for qualifiers available for an additional fee, based on ship availability.
-  Contest winners and guests must be at least 18 years of age.
-  Contest winners are determined by Maakoa (the Company) in its sole and absolute judgment and discretion based upon contest rules, guidelines, and qualifications. Participants have no legal recourse or claim against the Company for the exercise of said judgments and results of its determinations. Company may elect, in its sole judgment and discretion to disqualify any participant who Company deems to have violated or manipulated contest rules, or who Company deems to have exceeded the bounds of fair and honest play. Such grounds and reasons may include, but are not limited to: product purchases which may result in excessive product returns; a participant “buying” his or her way to qualification by purchasing products in the names of others; the submission to the Company of any false, inaccurate, or misleading documentation or information. Winners are responsible for any additional fees, costs, or purchases made or assessed in connection with the awarded trip. Winners are responsible for the payment of any fees, taxes, and other assessments applicable to their awards, and, hold the Company harmless from any claims to pay such fees, taxes, or assessments.
